Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
FP&A Professionals Institute (FPI) is committed to delivering exceptional value to every member. We stand behind the quality of our training, community, and career resources, and we want you to join with confidence. This policy sets out your rights regarding refunds and cancellation of the FPI Annual Membership.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Annual Membership purchases. If you join FPI and decide within the first 7 calendar days that the membership is not right for you, we will issue a complete refund of the membership fee with no questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason, and there are no administrative deductions or processing charges.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please email info@fpnaprofessionals.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, using the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name] — [Purchase Date]”. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method within 8–10 business days.
3. After the 7-Day Window
After the initial 7-day guarantee period has elapsed, membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership after this point, your access to all membership benefits — including courses, community, live sessions, job board, and career workshops — will remain fully active through to the end of your current annual billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time remaining on the membership.
4. Annual Renewal
The FPI Annual Membership renews automatically on the anniversary of your original purchase date. You will receive an email reminder in advance before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@fpnaprofessionals.com before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for renewal charges where adequate prior notice was provided, except in the case of a confirmed billing error.
5. What This Policy Does Not Cover
This refund policy applies solely to the FPI Annual Membership subscription fee. It does not apply to the CGFPA® Certified Global FP&A Professional certification programme, which is governed by a separate enrolment and refund policy available on the CGFPA programme page. It also does not apply to in-person event tickets purchased at member-discounted rates, or to any third-party tools or services accessed through membership partnership discounts.
6. Corporate & Team Memberships
Organisations purchasing group or corporate membership packages are governed by the specific terms set out in their individual Order Form or corporate agreement. Refund requests relating to corporate or team accounts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please direct all corporate billing queries to info@fpnaprofessionals.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
FPI reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active members via email and posted on the FPI website with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before taking effect. The version of this policy in force at the time of your most recent purchase date governs your refund eligibility for that billing period.
