Last month I had an amazing opportunity to sit down with Muhammad Zeeshan Taqi. And we kicked off The CFO Leadership series.

Muhammad Zeeshan is a senior finance leader. He has more than 17 years of experience in a variety of senior finance roles, including CFO and Head of FP&A. He has also led a significant number of projects for finance and digital transformation.

What is The Next-Generation CFO Leadership Program?

The Next-generation CFO Leadership program is Hub of Finance Transformation‘s flagship program. This was developed after a lot of research and efforts from industry CFOs and finance leaders. All of these elements of this strategic finance leadership framework are included in the Hub of Finance Transformation’s flagship program.

The program is divided into five core modules, each of which focuses on a different aspects like Strategic Leadership, New Finance Technologies, Personal Leadership, Performance Management and Data Analytics.

In this program, Steve Rosvold, founder of CFO University, serves as the CFO coach. He works one-on-one with every participant to construct their Personal Development Plan (PDP). This helps participants find their strengths, limitations, and areas of weakness. He works with them to create a strategy and step by step roadmap for the next six to twelve months.
