Refund Policy

Purpose: 

This policy outlines the conditions under which participants may be eligible for a refund for both live and recorded programs offered by FP&A Professionals Institute

Live Programs / Hybrid Programs:

· Participants who attend one session of a live program and are not satisfied may request a refund within 7 days of the session.

· Refund Process: To request a refund, participants must email at info@fpnaprofessionals.com

within 7 days of attending the session. Refund requests received after this period will not be processed.

Recorded Programs:

· Refund Eligibility: Participants who purchase a recorded program may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the content.

·  Refund Process: To request a refund, participants must email at info@fpnaprofessionals.com within 7 days of purchasing the recorded program. Refund requests received after this period will not be processed.

No Fee Programs / Free Webinars / Quizzes / Challenges:  

· If no fee is charged for attending the programs offered FP&A Professionals Institute no refund is applicable.

· Internal Programs for Employees: Our programs are offered internally for employees only and are not subject to a refund policy.

Note: After a refund is processed, participants will lose access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and all associated class materials
